About the Role

As an Administration Officer, you will support site and community programs by providing comprehensive administrative services. You will deliver high-quality customer service, ensure accurate data entry, and manage financial and human resource tasks in line with organisational policies. Additionally, you will maintain office security, assist with procurement, and prepare essential reports, all while fostering an efficient and organised work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides comprehensive day-to-day administrative support and reception services to enhance site and community programs and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Delivers high-quality customer service to all internal and external customers and fosters positive relationships and effective communication channels.
  • Conducts timely and accurate data entry in organisational systems and ensures all transactions meet established standards and guidelines.
  • Oversees financial administrative tasks, including accounts payable, co-payment management, daily cash receipting, petty cash handling, and banking, in compliance with organisational policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

  • Minimal experience in business administration in aged care is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Administrative Support, Data Entry, Accounts Payable Knowledge, Cash Management and Business Administration is preferred.
  • Excellent Adaptive Thinking, Digital Literacy, and Operational Effectiveness skills.
